Personal data

In application of law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and amending law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the user is informed that personal data concerning him/her and communicated by him/herself during the creation of his/her customer account and/or an order are recorded in the customer account of the shop.airmkg website.

This personal data (URL of the links through which the user accessed the shop.airmkg site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address) is exclusively collected for the purpose of certain services offered by the shop.airmkg site. The user provides this information himself when creating his account or entering his order. He is then informed of the mandatory or optional data. The mandatory data is limited to the minimum necessary for the proper management of the processing of his order (including shipping and billing), as well as the exercise of the right of withdrawal and legal guarantees.
