Product Returns

In accordance with the law (articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have a right of withdrawal, within 14 days of receiving your order, which allows you to return the products to us and obtain a refund for them.

We invite you to read all the return conditions in our Terms and Conditions.

Returned products must be new, in their original packaging, never worn, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Media library products such as books, maps and DVDs are not accepted for return unless they are still in their original packaging.

Safety items such as connectors (carabiners, soft connectors, quick links), rescue items (risers, handles), helmets and other PPE are neither returned nor exchanged, even within this 14-day period. Second-hand or demonstration products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Insofar as your request satisfies the conditions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, you have the possibility of returning your products to us according to the procedures described below:

From Mainland France:

In your package, you will find a return label that will allow you to simply return your order to us. Simply prepare your return package, affix this label to it, and drop it off at a Post Office. You can also carry out these steps from your customer account available on shop.airmkg.eu, or request it from us by email at info@airmkg.eu. Return shipping costs are covered by air MKG.

From abroad:

From your personal account, send us your return request by selecting the order concerned. Contact the carrier of your choice, and send us your package to Air MKG – 1096 avenue André LASQUIN – 74700 SALLANCHES – France. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
